From initial contact with the dealership I was lied to by front desk personnel and the Sales Manager. I requested a video of the vehicle because I wanted to ship the vehicle. I had to call several times to follow up about the video. I was told by the sales team that the video would be completed in 5 minutes. It never arrived. I called another 2 hours later I was told by the Sales Manager that vehicle is not on site and the location that is performing the certification has a power outage. Also everyone you speak to will repeat that someone else is interested in the vehicle even though they have not completed the tasks requested. I was told by the Sales Manager that he would call me on Monday because it was a holiday weekend. That call never came. I called him anyway and was told he’s working on the video but there are others who are interested in this vehicle. The next day came the vehicle is sold. I am so disgusted by the unprofessional treatment. I have not had positive experiences attempting purchasing vehicles from NY or New Jersey. This one takes the cake. If you value your time and are seeking a positive buying experience avoid Hillside Toyota. ”
